The stay here was great for the price, with air conditioning and Wi-Fi in the room, spacious beds, and excellent staff.

We were there for a short stay and had a great stay.

The venue's position was central.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the downtown area, metro station, grocery store, bars, restaurants. It has a very central setting in downtown Montreal.

We loved being there. Had a pleasant stay for the price. The staff was professional and made us feel comfortable. Central location was a plus. We had goodies and coffee at Nougat & Nectarine, it was located near the venue. Near the hotel there was a tube station.

newly decorated small hotel with great value, we had a fine stay. the stuff where all respectful, and the room was good sized for great value. the room had air conditioner and wi-fi. also, location was good, just a short stroll away from place emilie-gamelin.

This recently renovated, luxurious place offers nicely furnished units at great value, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

A Repeat Stay Worth It!

I've been here before, and it's still super convenient and fancy. I definitely enjoyed it! ☀️

The hotel is generally well run and tidy. The breakfast is weak -- cold croissants and coffee.

The biggest drawback for this hotel is that there is no convenient overnight parking nearby. I wouldn't stay here again because of it.

Excellent option - In Hoytel 1ro: It is a two star hotel located in almost the center of Blvd St Laurent, half bohemian zone. We have a nice room in the 1st place, little bit old but acceptable in the 3rd floor, little bit noisy. Unfortunately some guests are noisy. In general we saw couples and some families with children. On the first day they offered us to move to a better location. We went the next day and they accompanied us to see the available rooms to choose one. We chose the 116 in low pta that gives to a species of fenced park, without noise. They offered it to us as the quietest one in the hotel and that's how it was. nice and similar to the ones I use when I travel to USA. Although Montreal is a small city, I have lived there and we chose this hotel to return after years. We couldn't have done better. strongest point of the hotel: its location. Two blocks from Ste Catherine's Place, central street, 3 or 4 from the entrance of Chinatown, where you have accessible and reliable gastronomic options in terms of health and about 6 or so from the old Montreal, possibly the most beautiful and picturesque part. All within walking distance and in a straight line on the Blsv St Laurent which is the street around the corner. IGA supermarket two blocks away with excellent food. more supermarkets on Blvd St Laurent. the main thing, Montreal being absolutely connected by subway and buses, you have 1 and a half block from the entrance to the St Laurent subway, of the green line that crosses the city. You can walk at night through the area quietly. In fact we went to dinner at the old Montrreal which is about 6 or 7 blocks, where there are many nice French style restaurants without any problem. good option

The price is right and the location is what I needed.

Thin walls and a dog next door. Hard to control the temperature in my room - either too hot or too cold.

This place has a fantastic location right in the heart of the city, with easy access to Discover Montreal, Old Montreal, and Downtown.
